I was impressed regarding the entire experience. ABF Upack was the most professional moving company i have ever dealt with. Drivers were courteous and professional, contact with cust service was always helpful. I will use ABF Upack again when necessary as this move was made easy by their dedication to service. Thank you

Needed to move out of state, but moving fees were exorbitant. Found U-Pack which was definitely more affordable. The trailer was delivered to my house by a gentleman who was very kind and professional, as was the gentleman who picked up the trailer at our new home. They were flexible with our pick up and drop off dates, which was huge as our closing date wasn’t decided until after we packed. Moving out of state is never easy, but this was about as easy as it could’ve been.

I had a great experience using U-Pack. After adding in the cost of fuel, hotels, and meals it was the same or cheaper than renting a moving truck and making the three-day drive myself. Except I got those three days of my life back! Everyone I worked with at U-Pack and MTS was helpful and friendly. The truck was delivered and picked up when promised each time. I am so grateful for U-Pack for hauling my stuff so that I didn't have to!

We used U-Pack to move back to Oklahoma from Oregon. Uhaul was charging double the price with less room and that did not include mileage or gas. They were very communicative, very helpful, the delivery guys were so nice and helpful and we didn't have to drive it!! Well worth the money and fantastic to work with. I would recommend to anyone moving!!

We just recently relocated for a job that didn't provide a relocation package for the first time in years. U-Pack provided excellent customer service and help at every step of the way and at less than half of what it has cost us previously even with hiring loaders and unloaders which they assisted with as well. It may have been one of the most hassle free moves we have had and everyone throughout the process was so very professional and kind. We will be using them again when needed.

Moving experience was easy from start to finish. We paid extra for the guaranteed delivery date and my trailer was delivered on the day of guaranteed delivery. Everyone we spoke with was very nice and friendly. I would definitely use UPack again in the future if needed.

Hassle-free, affordable, and everything went according to plan. My family member who is in the hauling business and who has tons of experience loading trucks and helping tons of people with local moves also helped me with my cross-country U-Pack experience and while we were loading up he said "okay, now this is a great service - this is the best way to do a long distance move." Staff were always friendly and helpful. My belongings arrived on time and in the same condition as I left them. Highly recommended!

My residential move was from Oklahoma to Virginia. Moving as an individual, I chose not to rent a large moving truck and tow my car long distance. Instead, I chose the door to door delivery option from U-Pack for convenience. Every person I interacted with from initial booking, driver to pick up the unit after packing, to the local office for pick up of the unit after unloading was professional and courteous at every step. I would high recommend U-Pack for your next move.

My wife and I recently moved (2025) from the Oklahoma City area to the Boise area in Idaho. This is the second time we have use U-Pack and here is what we have to say about it.... AWESOME AS USUAL!!! From the first phone call to inquire about costs and if the program was the same as when we used it 8 years ago, everyone we spoke to was super! Cordial, accommodating, patient and just really nice folks. At the OKC end, all of the phone staff did an excellent job of staying in touch with us when they needed to. There were a couple of hiccups at the OKC end and the seasoned folks in the OKC location got that worked out very quickly and made sure that we and U-Pack benefited from the decisions. Our 3 trailers were delivered and picked up when we needed. And the drivers who dropped and picked up trailers were just the nicest folks. At the Boise end, things turned out just the same. After an arduous drive from OKC to Boise, we were a bit on the cranky and short tempered side. The dispatch office in Boise was very patient with my impatience, and they stayed in touch with us as well, letting us know when the trailers would deliver. I even made a mistake of loading the U-Pack ramp in the trailer at the end of the load (in OK), and the Boise folks recognized my mistake and did not make a big deal of it. The Boise office delivered our first 2 trailers as I requested, one of them was actually not our trailer, and the driver and office worked everything out to where that mistake actually became a benefit for the unloading. Everyone in the Boise office and the drivers made us feel as if we were dealing with original Okies.... super great people. There is a reason we chose U-Pack again.... consistency. They hire great people who understand the plight of folks who are moving, and they put other's needs as a top priority. The equipment has always been leak free and in great condition and the process is the same as it was over 8 years ago for us.... predictable and car

We planned a move from Redlands, California to Yukon Oklahoma on August 29th 2025. From prior discussions I knew that our bill was $6101 for the entire trailer space. I had been in discussions with UPack ABF to have a 27 foot trailer dropped curbside adjacent to our apartment complex between 12 noon and 2 pm for a drop off time. The reason being that was the only time of the day that spot was consistently vacant. It cost us $75 which was well spent as Jose from UPack ABF dropped the Hitachi trailer off right on schedule. This was the afternoon of the 27th. The next day it took a 4 man crew 7 1/2 hours to load up our stuff and just as they were completing the load up, I texted UPack that that the truck could be picked up on the morning of August 29th. I should mention that during the day they send text messages inquiring about the status of your load up and when to pick up the trailer. So after the crew finished loading up, we stood up the 2 plywood sections that make up the bulkhead that separate your cargo from other potential customers. We had a difficult time securing the ratcheting locking mechanism, so I called Jose (Thanks again Jose) after the movers had left and he told his friend Alexas that we would need help getting the bulkhead secured for the security of our stuff. So Alexas called and said that he would take care of it which he did, (thanks Alexas). I should mention that the trailer came locked with a company lock which Jose took with him when he left. I put a heavy duty padlock on the hasp and gave a key to Jose which he passed on to Alexas. So all went well. So the inside of the trailer is marked with a footage rule that they use to gauge the amount of space that you will be billed for, I don't remember the exact figure but it was in the range of $4650 ( our entire load weighed in at just over 8000 lbs.) which was a pleasant surprise.
